Return & Exchange Policy

At Tomi Watches, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. Below are the terms for returns and exchanges:
1. Return Window
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.
2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
Contact us through any of the following channels:
Provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation).
Once approved, we will contact you with return instructions.
Note: Returns sent without prior approval or to an incorrect address will not be accepted. Please call to confirm the return address.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Shipping and handling fees (10%) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are processed only after the original item is returned and inspected.
- To expedite an exchange, return the original item and place a new order separately.
5. Shipping Costs
- If we have shipped the correct watch but the customer wishes to exchange, change, or upgrade, the customer will bear shipping costs for both sides.
- If the product is damaged or incorrect, the customer pays for one side shipping, and Tomi Watches covers the other side.
6. Non-Eligible Situations
- Change of Mind: Not accepted. Returns/exchanges apply only to defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Discounted/Clearance Items: Final sale—no returns, exchanges, or claims.
- International Orders: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for orders outside Pakistan.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 12 hours with:
- Order number
- Photos of the issue
- We will resolve the issue promptly.
8. Important Exemptions
- Product Appearance: Slight variations in color or design may occur due to screen displays.
- Warranty Void: If the watch shows signs of misuse, unauthorized repairs, physical damage (e.g., drops, exposure to dust), or missing components.
- Shipping Risks: Customers bear responsibility for return shipping costs and package loss/damage.
9. Order Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been confirmed for shipping.
