At Tomi Watches, we take pride in delivering high-quality timepieces through a rigorous quality control process. Each component undergoes detailed inspection to ensure there are no defects or abnormalities.
We are confident in our craftsmanship and materials, which is why we offer a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase on all our watches.
Warranty Coverage
Our 1-month warranty covers the following issues under normal usage conditions:

Manufacturing Defects – Any defects arising due to faulty materials or workmanship.

Timepiece Malfunctions – If the watch stops working within the warranty period.

Straps & Bracelets – Color fading within 1 month of purchase.

Mechanical Issues – Including dislodged needles, misaligned hands, or timing-related problems.
Exclusions from Warranty
The warranty does not cover the following:

Physical Damage – Scratches, cracks, or damage caused by impact, neglect, or improper handling.

Wear & Tear – Regular wear, discoloration, or alterations to the case, strap, or bracelet.

Glass Damage – Claims for broken or damaged watch glass will not be accepted.

Battery Issues – We do not cover battery drainage as watches are imported from China and may experience battery depletion due to long transit times.
Note: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when sending a product for warranty claims.
Warranty Claim Process

Complaint Reporting & Timelines

Within 12 Hours – Report any issues related to physical damage or incorrect product delivery within 12 hours of receiving the product.

After 12 Hours – Complaints reported after 12 hours will only be eligible for repair services under warranty.
Technical Support & Resolution
- Our team will investigate and resolve technical issues through necessary repairs.
- If the issue is repairable, we will fix the watch and return it to you promptly.
Warranty Claim Guidelines
To process a warranty claim, please provide:
✔ Proof of Purchase – Order ID for verification.
✔ Evidence of Fault – A clear video showcasing the defect or malfunction.
Important Notes

Repairs or replacements are covered under warranty. However, customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways.

Replacements will be provided in an equivalent condition. If there is a price difference, it must be settled before dispatch.
Limitations of Warranty
This warranty is void under the following conditions:

Customer-Induced Damage – Any scratches, breakage, or other damages caused by the customer.

Unauthorized Repairs – Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorized third parties.

Environmental Damage – Exposure to extreme conditions, water damage (if not water-resistant), or chemical exposure.

Expired Warranty – Claims made after the 1-month warranty period will not be entertained.
